Terms and Conditions for M.E.T. Repairs Cellphone Repair Services & Service request

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using M.E.T. Repairs services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. It is advised to read these terms carefully before availing of our services.

2. Service Warranty
M.E.T. Repairs offers a 90-day warranty on cellphone repairs. This warranty covers defects in parts that we replace and the labor associated with the initial repair.

3. Warranty Void Agreement
The warranty becomes void if:
- The device is opened, repaired, or modified by anyone other than a M.E.T. Repairs technician after our service.
- The device undergoes any form of physical damage or is exposed to liquid after the initial repair.
- The device's software is tampered with or modified (e.g., jailbreaking, rooting).

4. Limitation of Liability
M.E.T. Repairs shall not be liable for any data loss occurring as a result of the repair. Customers are advised to back up their data before availing of our services.

5. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon by M.E.T. Repairs.

6. Turnaround Time
While M.E.T. Repairs aims to return the repaired device as soon as possible, the actual turnaround time can vary based on the complexity of the repair and the availability of parts.

7. Unclaimed Devices
Devices that are left with M.E.T. Repairs and are not picked up within 60 days will be recycled.

8. No Fix, No Fee Policy
If we cannot fix your device, you will not be charged for our service.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which M.E.T. Repairs operates.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
M.E.T. Repairs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically.

By setting up your appointment for services you will be required to sign documentation of the agreement before any services began.
