Implemented cloud-based access control across 5 retail locations
Problem
Client had traditional key-based locks across multiple stores, making it difficult to manage employee access and track entry times. Lost keys meant expensive rekeying.
Solution
Installed cloud-managed access control with mobile credentials. Each location received card readers at main entry points and back-of-house areas, all managed from a single platform.
Outcome
Client can now grant or revoke access instantly across all locations, track employee attendance, and receive real-time alerts. No more rekeying costs for lost keys.

Complete electrical upgrade for busy restaurant kitchen
Problem
Restaurant experienced frequent circuit breaker trips during peak hours due to outdated 100A panel. Kitchen equipment couldn't all run simultaneously.
Solution
Upgraded to 200A service panel, added dedicated circuits for all commercial kitchen equipment, and installed proper GFCI protection. Work completed overnight to avoid business disruption.
Outcome
Restaurant now operates all equipment without power issues. Passed health department electrical inspection with zero violations. No more lost revenue from unexpected power problems.

32-camera surveillance system with 4K resolution
Problem
Office building had blind spots in parking garage and common areas. Previous analog system had poor image quality and limited recording capacity.
Solution
Installed 32 IP cameras (mix of 4K dome and bullet cameras) with 128TB NVR. Included license plate recognition cameras at all entry/exit points and motion-based recording to optimize storage.
Outcome
Building management can now monitor all areas in crystal-clear 4K, with 90 days of recording storage. Mobile app access lets security team respond to incidents from anywhere.
